Return Policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us right awayat help@saratogasoap.com within 3 days of delivery — we’ll be happy to make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error.

Custom, personalized, wholesale, special-order, and event favor orders may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Shipping and Processing

We ship via USPS or UPS within the United States which includes Alaska and Hawaii but EXCLUDES Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping takes 2-5 business, depending on location.
