Our products are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, shape, design, weight, scent, pattern, and appearance may occur. Product photos are provided as examples and may not exactly match the item received.

We do our best to package orders carefully and ship within the time frame stated on the website or product listing. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by law.
If an order is marked delivered by the carrier but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact the carrier and notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after confirmed delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at help@saratogasoap.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error.
Custom, personalized, wholesale, special-order, and event favor orders may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom Orders and Event Favors
Custom orders, personalized labels, event favors, wholesale orders, and special requests may require additional processing time.
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, these orders may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started unless we have made an error.
Colors, scent strength, label placement, design placement, and handmade variations may differ slightly from samples, mockups, or product photos.
